Jessica and a friend headed out for lunch at Nobu in New York earlier this week. Jessica left the restaurant in a good mood and gave the waiting fans and photographers a wave and a smile.

Jessica was pictured on Wednesday afternoon leaving her lawyer’s office in New York. After the meeting, Jessica, looking pretty in pink, headed out for some Manhattan retail therapy.

Jessica arrived with Daisy at JFK airport in New York City on Tuesday. Jessica, who looked stunning wearing a long black dress and sunglasses, is in town for Fashion Week and a few parties.

Suddenly her fashion sense hit an all-time low (sweats, sneakers and baseball caps, oh my!) and has barely managed to rebound since her most recent break up with John Mayer in June of this year.

Jessica Simpson was spotted leaving Ruth’s Steak House in Los Angeles on Saturday night, and….she was carrying around the metallic Yves Saint Laurent Mombasa bag, which features a real deer horn/antler handle!

Jessica Simpson is reportedly jealous of ex boyfriend John Mayer and his new love Cameron Diaz. According to reports Simpson is still not over Mayer.

Mayer and Simpson dated for 9 months before splitting in May 2007. Since then she has not been romantically linked with anyone.

“She had her mouth open a mile wide when she found out. She just freaked,” a source said of Simpson when she heard about Diaz and Mayer’s relationship. “She thinks about him all the time. She is so not over him.”

But Mayer has seemed to move on without any qualms. He and Diaz spent time together in New York where sources say they got “very cozy” and claim the new couple is very “happy.”

Tales of Jessica Simpson’s diva-dom continue with news that the actress was 11 hours late for a promotional interview.

The Insider show’s Lara Spencer had flown to Louisiana to conduct the interview scheduled for 10am - but Jessica didn’t show up until 9pm that evening.

A spokesperson for Jessica blamed the mamouth wait on a misunderstanding, saying: “Jessica did the interview as soon as she was free from shooting.”

Jessica Simpson has reportedly been replaced by a monkey as the co-host on sister Ashlee Simpson’s new chat show.

An inside source told the Daily Star: “Ashlee is working on a new chat show for a top US network under the working title The Ashlee Simpson Show.

“She has a strong following among the new rock kids, especially as she and [boyfriend Pete Wentz] are the hottest couple right now - that’s the demographic they’re after.”

“Ashlee rather loyally wanted Jessica to be her co-host. But bosses weren’t keen as Jessica is seen as a bit naff. She’s older and linked to a different world of celebrity.”
