LACHEY TAKES SWIPE AT SIMPSON

Nick Lachey performed a solo concert on Thursday night (13OCT06) in New York City and took the opportunity to take a swipe at ex-wife Jessica Simpson. The ‘What’s Left Of Me’ star performed at the Nokia theater and new girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo was seen enjoying the concert from the VIP area. Lachey performed for the mostly-female crowd and sang a new song that isn’t on his album, which he described as a song about falling in love again, and falling in love more everyday, whilst looking up at a smiling Vanessa Minnillo. Later on in the evening, Lachey sang his new single, reportedly inspired by Simpson called ‘I Can’t Hate You Anymore. Right after finishing the song, Lachey quipped, “Well, maybe just a little…”
