Here we go again. The Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, and Jess BFF CaCee Cobb triangle has been reignited with a CaCee-Nick Vegas spotting.

Where was Jessica Simpson – she’s down under – half a world away.

The snaps and video look innocent enough – the pair are talking with full champagne glasses backstage at Pamela Anderson’s performance with the Pussycat Dolls in Las Vegas.

But that won’t dampen the rumors after those hot and heavy reported sightings at Level 3 nightclub in LA on Jan. 29.

That report then was from Life & Style and had Nick and Jess assistant CaCee canoodling and in that report a source said the couple were getting a little too close.

“The two were all over each other,” said an eyewitness, at the time that reportedly knows both Nick and CaCee.

“Nick had his arms wrapped around her, and he was kissing her all over the side of her face and neck. Her arms were around him, too.”

A second witness at the bash, thrown by Wilmer, confirms the account. That story brought strong denials then.

What say you Nick – denials again? Nick pleads innocent – he told the television show ‘EXTRA’ that the two are just friends.
