Depressed Jessica Simpson storms out of sister’s party

Singer Jessica Simpson is reportedly so depressed these days that she stormed out of her sister Ashlee’s party in London on Monday night.

Ashlee, who had just made her successful West End debut as Roxy Hart in the musical ‘Chicago’, was enjoying the party at Sound Bar with all her family members.

However the jovial atmosphere proved to be a bit too much for sister Jessica, who stormed out of there.

“I don’t want to be here - why won’t people just leave me alone?” Mirror quoted her as shouting, while storming out.

Ashlee, who was sipping tequila cocktails, was said to be in full freaky mood.

“All my family are here, which is amazing,” she said.

However, Jessica, who split from husband Nick Lachey last year, clearly was not at her best.

Her father, Joe, said that she was depressed, and that they are trying to boost her mood.

“Jess is quite down at the moment. She’s not comfortable talking to people as she’s quite depressed and we’re walking on eggshells,” he said.
