“Come On Over” used in Promo Ads

Jessica Simpson’s first Country single, “Come On Over,” has been chosen as the featured track for all promotion spots running in advance of the TV special, CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock. Promotion spots will begin airing on ABC Aug. 18 until Sept. 8, when the TV special is scheduled to air.

2008 marked the first year Simpson appeared at CMA Music Festival to sign autographs and watch nightly concerts, making the use of her single in advertisements special to the singer. “I’ve gone back to my roots and come on over to Country Music,” she said. “I just couldn’t be more thrilled for ‘Come On Over’ to be a part of this amazing night of Country Music.”
